  • It looks a bit like Brunnera but the leaves of those are usually more silvery.

Somewhere in the show info on the RHS website it should say who the designer is, then you should be able to find their website/contact details on the internet. Send them the picture and ask nicely if they could tell you what it is.

There's a plant list here but doesn't include the one in the photo :(

Google Lens reckons it's Beesia calthifolia, and I'm inclined to agree.

I just looked up Beesia calthifolia.  What a pretty plant.  Wonder how they got it to flower now?  This is going on my wish list.

I guess it's the usual Chelsea thing of manipulating the growing conditions to get things to flower at the wrong time. But if they've put all that work into it, it seems odd not to include it on the plant list!
It's beautiful, very much my kind of plant, but I don't think it would thrive here in my dry soil 🥲.

It would suit my garden. Very nice  :)
I see it's related to Actea, which grow well here. They need soil that doesn't dry out.

Oh no - another plant I want to buy.... :D
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

I think my wish list needs to be retitled - wish I had the right soil conditions for this plant.  Don't think it would fare well in my sunny dry garden and if it went in the bit under the N. facing fence I wouldn't see it.

Yes, I have a very unhappy Actaea (I heard they were drought tolerant once established... I think not) so it would be silly to get another plant to be unhappy alongside it!
