Plant ID please

    Can you please tell me what this plant is that has decided to take root in one of my boarders. I do hope its not some kind of Bamboo

    Looks like Polygonatum [Solomon's Seal]  :)
    Did it have little white tubular flowers in late spring/early summer? The tiny 'sprigs' you can see on the stems, between the leaves, are what the spent flowers look like. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Agree with @Fairygirl. Pops up all over the place here,  don’t know how, but it does.

    Berries and birds I think @Lyn :)
    Although they can sometimes 'run' too. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Thanks for your help, yes we have lots of birds, never seen them with a dibber but they  are great sowers. I know it looks pretty much established but the wife (she's the gardener) has only just noticed it so can't say if it flowered.
