Found in compost bin

Any ideas on what these might be?  They have collected at the top of the bin since I turned it.
Should I leave them or put hem out for my friendly robin?

    They look a bit pale for brandling worms. I would leave them in the bin to help decompose the waste, poo, reproduce and die - if they are happy in their life cycles in the bin; unless someone IDs them as the Widow Maker New Zealand Violent Death Worms
