Can I use a bleached growing medium for propagation?

Will semi-ripe cuttings do okay in sand that has been bleached? I mean rinsed with bleach and water? Or has this growing medium been damaged and I should just dump it

I'd never use something that's had bleach in it to grow seeds or cuttings.  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I think if you gave it a good rinse with water.. like putting it in a plastic container and filling it with water.. letting it settle.. pouring it off.. then refilling to rinse again, and then poured it out on an old shower curtain to dry in the sun.. then it would be fine for cuttings.

I am curious as to why you bleached your sand.
