How to Overwinter Pimpernell - Anagallis Skylover Blue

Hi. I'm writing from Calgary Alberta, Canada and Zone 3. I purchased 3 Pimpernell - Anagallis Skylover Blue and they've all done great in my garden. Now it's September, and I'd like to overwinter these plants. Can I pot them up and store them in a dark cool place? I'd like to try to keep these as opposed to seeding from scratch in the spring.

    In UK it is a tender perennial

    I think your winters are very cold.Maybe you need to bring it inside.
