Strawberry propagation

Hi all. I have managed to grow a number of new strawberry plants from runners. I am wondering where I should store the pots of the new plants over winter. Would I leave them out or put them in a cold frame. Also should I water them or feed them over winter. Thanks for your help.

    If your runners are now well rooted, they will be hardy enough to withstand  the average winter and if they are in a decent compost/soil mix, they should not require feeding.
    If you prefer to keep them in a Cold frame, you may need to check whether or not they require the occasional watering.

    They need nothing. A cold frame is fine - with the lid open, but really isn't necessary. 
    No food needed until you're ready for growing them on in spring, in bigger pots or in the ground. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Like @Fairygirl said, hard as nails. I'd leave them out and forget about them for the winter ;)

    Among the easiest to do @Pam100  :)

    The runners will replace your older plants too. They become less productive over time.
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
