Wasp nest?

Hi is this a wasps nest? It's on the roof of our shed.

    I've got two nests just now - one is in a raised bed and they access it from the other side of the fence, where my car is. It's sometimes interesting getting into it... ;)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
