Hello I have some indoor plants which I need help identifying. Anyone know what they are?

    Looks like ficus benjamina (weeping fig)

    Sorry I cannot id it...Mystery plant leaves are opposite in pic.
    Ficus benjamina  has alternate leaves...which rules it out.

    The plant app thinks they are olives? The leaves do look similar.

    the plant app is wrong. it's NOT an olive

    ok so not that then, Any ideas? Theyre definietly not citrus either.

    Sure they’re indoor plant cuttings?, looks like privet. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

    It looks rather privet-ish to me as well, but I've had a quick look through my old but trusty houseplant book - maybe Hoya (wax plant) or Solanum (winter cherry)? Has it ever had flowers or berries? That would help with an ID.

    @Lyn I grew these from seed so no cuttings. Do privet look like that when grown from seed? I see the resemblance in the leaves.

    @JennyJ Only germinated this year so never had flowers or berries.
    @cmarkr not a mango. I have grown them before.
    maybe I'll have to let them grow a bit more before I can get a proper ID.

    What did the seed look like?

    what did the plant the seed came from look like. 

    A tip for growing ‘foraged’ seeds is to take a photo of the plant and the seed and make a little folder of them with numbering then you can stick a label in the pot and number it the same … that’ll give you and us a start when it’s time to ID it. 😊 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
