Teasel, propagating or saving seeds?

Daughter may be moving house soon, and would like to take a teasel from her existing garden to the new one. 
What is the best way to do this? Thanks.

    Is it one that's just flowered for the first time this year? If so then collect one or two of the heads in a paper bag when the plant dies back. Otherwise, if they've been in the garden a long time, then there should be seedlings that can be transferred to pots. They have a deep tap root though so dig them up carefully.
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

    That’s very helpful, thanks to you both. The main plant flowered this year, so I will advise her to collect any heads. I’m sure there must be some seedlings, if she looks, and can recognise them. The current garden was very neglected until they moved in a couple of years ago.

    The seedlings look like primrose leaves but with soft prickles on the upper surface of some of the leaves
    In London. Keen but lazy.
