Cordyline needs help!!
Please help my cordyline is suffering. It has too many yellow leaves and has some very dried out thin leaves, not sure what to do. I have noticed a number of spiders could this be the problem? My other one which is much bigger and is doing pretty well.

Has it ever had the soil refreshed? Is it a suitable growing medium for it? Do you water it? Have you over watered it?
Everything in a pot is totally reliant on you for it's needs. Even when it rains, it won't penetrate the foliage well enough. It looks like it has some rust - quite common on cordylines and phormiums, but not terminal.
Yellowing leaves are perfectly normal. It's how they grow. The soil in the pot needs to be gritty and free draining. You may need to take it out of the pot and look at it, and the replace it if there's a problem.
It would help if you repot it and get it up on some feet too , as it's on a hard surface. They need good drainage
Spiders don't harm plants. They make webs in all sorts of plants, and at this time of year are more noticeable. If you mean red spider mite, they like humid conditions. Not necessarily a problem though.
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Thanks Fairygirl 😊
