Hi this being my first year I hear a lot about blight on tomatoes. Was wondering if my tomato plants have it. Not sure what I should be looking for

Otherwise, it's just foliage which is rough by this time, and would be perfectly normal.
If you use the search function at the top of the page - you'll find dozens of threads about blight for this year
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
