Viola seeds

So I've got hold of quite a good amount of Viola Deltini Blue ripe (golden brown) seeds straight from the open seed pod, am I OK to plant them again now or should I leave them a week or 2?

    I find viola and pansies prefer cooler conditioners to germinate, I had some seeds ready to go but we’re in for a hot spell again so I’m going to wait a week or two. 
    You don’t have to wait, not from the seeds point of view though as long as they are completely ripe and ready to go.
