1st is a Verbascum. 2nd looks like that awful Carex - pendula, but the photo isn't good enough to be sure. If it is, it's best removed before you have it everywhere. A photo of the whole plant will help. 3rd one could be a Veronica/Veronicastrum of some kind. Not something I grow so someone else will be able to ID it.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

3. Veronicastrum.
One such as Veronicastrum virginicum Pink Glow.
I love the leaves which are in a whorl round the stem...like spokes on a wheel.
