Fig Tree (Brown Turkey) Rust?

I purchase a small "Brown Turkey" fig tree recently, potted into a large container on the patio. It has grown very well but recently I noticed the leaves have got brown spots over them. Some leaves have turned yellow and dropped. I have kept it watered through dry spells, it drains freely. Am I right in thinking this is rust? I have sprayed recently with an antifungal. Any help would be appreciated

The fig will drop it's leaves soon enough. If you are confident the tree is basically healthy and you have prepared the container well, I think you are worrying for no reason
