Houseplant ID

Any ideas? It belongs to my sister, who is normally quite successful with houseplants (unlike me!) but she has no idea what it is so doesn't know what might help it thrive.

We were given ours as a gift by a friend in Cornwall about three years ago ... it was one leaf cutting recently rooted

It's interesting that @msqingxiao cooks and eats the flowers ... I never knew they were edible ... I'm not sure that we'll ever get enough to do that

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
