Is this potato blight?

I've emptied a potato bag containing 2 plants.  Several potatoes have come out split and brown like the one on the right.  Is this blight? Should all in the bag be thrown, or just those looking dodgy?

    Those affected won’t store but the unaffected others are fine to eat. I just remove the decaying part of those affected and place in water to use ASAP.
