Help needed

I’m new to gardening and need help. 

Can someone please tell me what this plant is? 
Any tips on caring for one if I had it in a pot in my garden?

    Hello, I think it's a type of aeonium but l'm not sure. Hopefully someone will confirm  :)

    Yes it's an aeonium a tender succulent.  It needs to be brought in under protection (indoors) over winter.
