Radish companion plants

Hello! I’ve just popped a couple of rows of radish seeds next to come
cabbage seedlings as had some hanging around. But a quick google has just told me they are not great companions! My thought process was that the radishes would grow and be harvested before the cabbages get too big - should I dig the seeds out? Anyway had success of growing these together? Any advice appreciated! Lisa
