  Lantana. Tender perennial. I used to grow it and I liked the scent of the leaves as well.

  Mine has grown tall and shrubby. It loved the hot weather earlier on and its flowers went from yellow, to orange to red, or all 3 in one flower head It's never been warm enough for red before, except maybe the odd single floweret here or there. It needed loads of water though.

  Lovely plants but they do seed themselves about, so dead head promptly if you don't want hundreds!
