Any idea what Kant this is ?

Hello, 
This is growing to about 3 feet high, when touched the leaves have a faint sort of minty smell, any help would be very welcome

    Is the stem square in cross section? 

    Could  the scent be described as lemony rather than minty?

    it looks a lot like Lemon Balm that’s got rather rampant  …  Melissa officinalis

    the stem is more round than square, yes,  I suppose I can best describe it as a citrus sort of smell
