Help with Dahlia identification

Hi everyone. I am planning some changes to the garden and have struggled to ID this (I am after something that will grow fairly tall). Does anyone recognise this one? Thank you for any help!

    There’s a specialist dahlia nursery here in the NE where I live. Their catalogue is closed currently so you can’t browse it on line but if you contact them they may be able to help. It’s hallsofheddon.com Best of luck.
