Idea for lining tiled path
Hi - I'm looking for some plant options for lining my front garden tiled path. Something like what's along the right side of the path in the first photo on the page: https://www.housebeautiful.com/uk/garden/designs/how-to/a780/front-garden-guide/
I'm looking for something low lying as my neighbour has honey suckle growing on the fence between our front gardens. Evergreen, something that will spread out a bit, and does not require full sun. We put in Christmas box last year, but it didn't take for some reason, dropped all their leaves and are now basically dead. We think perhaps too much water from the copious amount of rain we had last winter. Any ideas?? Thanks!

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
