Saw this plant with pink tassle like flowers(?) Whilst on holiday in Norfolk. Anyone know what it is please?

Could be Persicaria, possibly Pink Elephant, although it's not a plant I've ever grown.

It might be a Sanguisorba Hakusanenisis, Korean Burnet.
