ID and advice please

Hi all I have this in my garden which I planted two years ago. I believe it's fennel but after googling for advice it has left me unsure 😕
Anyway it is in the wrong place in the garden really so I want to move it but not sure it will survive, does anyone know if it can be moved and what time of year is best. Also what conditions to adhere to thanks in advance Claire

Yes fennel. Unfortunately, they don't always transplant well. They have a deep root, but if you need to move it, then have a go, but you'll need to get right down under it. Alternatively, you could wait and collect seed to sow.  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

It might be dill.  They have similar stalks and flowers so the only thing to do is taste the leaves.   Easy to collect seeds and sow them where you want it or in trays or pots to prick out and grow on.
