Humpy Pinus Mugo

I have a small dwarf alpine tree and unfortunately a large geranium grew over it blocking light and it now looks rather sad. It is an evergreen now brown. Will it go green again in the sunlight or is it now too late?

It'll produce new growth, but it's impossible to tell from your photo how much brown there is, where it is, and how easily the new growth would cover it.  :)

  • Small conifers can regenerate and eventually hide the dead parts...but it all depends on how much has died back. What goes brown never turns green. I have a couple of potted miniature conifers and they have regenerated because they weren't completely dried out.

Can't tell too clearly from that picture, but keep watering them and give them proper light and see how they look in a couple of months.

Thank you both, I think I will put it in a pot and then move to sunnier position

I'd be careful how sunny a position you give it. Light yes, but not in full sun as it will dry out even more quickly in a pot, as well as being more likely to get scorched, which won't do it any good.
Keep it well watered, and in a bit of light shade to let it recover.  :)
