What is this?

Hello, my raised flower beds have recently started growing this? 

I have googled it and looks like some sort of fungus? Is that right? And more importantly how do I get rid of it?

    I don't know what it is other that some sort of fungus as you say.
    It'll probably be gone in a few days, they don't usually last long.
    No point in spraying it as it's not a plant.
    You could scrape it off I suppose, but if it were in my garden I'd leave it - it won't last long

    It could also be a slime mould.  Same thing though - will likely be gone in a few days.
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
