what is my plant

Hi can anyone identify my plant please it has yellow,red and orange flowers which turn into seed pods. it was in my inlaws garden but they can't remember my husbands uncle called it a grow your own bush please help and identify it for use please

    How big is it?  Can’t see very well, could it be a Campsis?

    I think that might be it @Lyn. I couldn't think of the name of that earlier, but it looked familiar. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Colutea  arborescens...common name bladder senna.

  • thanks for your help it's not exactly same because our flower are red, yellow and orange not completely yellow. but the leaves and the pods are the same.

    The RHS says it's best not pruned very much but if you must, late winter/early spring and not hard.   Depending on where you are it may suffer damage from late frosts and you'd need to prune that out too, taking back the affected stems to just above a healthy leaf or bud.
