    I agree with @Fairygirl on both counts.  They look pretty healthy to me - perhaps the rowan was a bit short of water at some point though.  It might then have aborted its berries or some shoot tips as a way of protecting itself from drought.
    Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
