Courgette mosaic virus

Darn! One of my 3 courgettes has gone down with the mosaic virus. Still producing edible although slightly distorted fruits. Tempted to leave it as still has another 6-8 courgettes growing. Or should I get rid of it to reduce the risk of it spreading to the healthy neighbours?
