Is this a viable idea?
Greetings
I wonder if anyone has made this or a similar idea.......
I like the fish 'ponds' that are raised and have windows in the side to watch the underwater life through. I cannot afford one of those and dont have the space for one anyway but like the idea .
My thought was to have a fishtank, to make a base for it probably of bricks and disguise what it actually is somehow. Am thinking small water lily, maybe small solar fountain thing perhaps 2 Goldfish? It cannot be larger than 24 ins long and 20 wide.
It will stand near the house wall on a small patio and have shade and sunshine. No electricity for filters / pumps.
Would the idea actually work? If so how would I prevent it turning green and horrible?

I think you will need to decide whether you want an outside pond and therefore need to extend the size or an indoor aquarium.
The size is set unfortunately. Was thinking of thick insulation for wintertime although the space is sheltered.
Pleasant idea...not going to work though.
