Bug identification

Hello all,

My father has lots of these in his garden, quite hard to photo on the phone, hut hopefully someone knows?

    Nope, he bought them round my house in a tub lol.
  • Has similarities to the black carpet beetle. Has your father put any old carpets out in the garden?

    I'm unfortunately familiar with carpet beetle. They don't look like that 😒
    In London. Keen but lazy.

    That looks very similar to something I found in my bed! It got flushed down the loo

    They are only about 1mm long, very tiny little things.

    No carpet been put out.
  • Try iSpot. They are really great at identifying what we can't.
    If you can get a live photo all the better.
