What are these?

And how can I remove them from my lawn, as lawn-friendly weedkiller has no effect? Thanks in advance.

Can't remember the name of the blue on but the white flower is clover and it is an excellent plant for bees.   The RHS offers this info.  Scroll down for advice on control.

First one is self heal  Prunella-vulgaris, a magnet for bees and gold finches love the seeds.

I would welcome these in my lawn.  As others have said, prunella and clover, both loved by bees.  And because of that, as @B3 says, don't walk on the grass in your barefeet!
Gardening in East Suffolk on dry sandy soil.
  • Our lawn is a wildflower one.
We have clover, self heal, birds foot trefoil, daisy, cowslips, primroses and more.
As others have said brilliant for the insects and great for us as we don't have to cut the area "every week".

The clover has overtaken the moss here this year due to lack of rain but the bees love it so its better than all that moss!

I like both of them, but if you want a completely green lawn, and many people do, you'd need a weed and feed product to do the job more permanently.
I wonder which lawn friendly weedkiller you're using? I use the Resolva one, and find it excellent for dandelions and buttercups which are the main problem in my small front lawn. I use the term 'lawn' loosely  ;)
