Yes Assuming the new sites are suitable in terms of soil and aspect etc, and you follow the usual guidelines of watering well first [if the soil is dry] and getting as good a rootball as possible. Plant at the same level as they were before, and water well afterwards.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
