Runner beans

Am finding tiny beans dropped or knocked off ? Have put up tin foil cases to scare off birds ? Still happening ? Any ideas

    Are they well watered, they need plenty. You could give them a boost with tomato feed in the water.

    Thanks for your thoughts , yes well watered and fed . I suspect goldfinches may be the culprits 😁

    I find that the ones at the bottom, the first formed often drop off, they will come though. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
