Shot hole?

Hi everyone, I noticed my peony and bay tree leaves haven’t been looking very healthy :( is this a fungus infection / shot hole? Any help appreciated x

    Both don't look like a fungal type problem. You normally see purple blotching on some parts of the leaves. Could be possible hail damage maybe. Peony leaves should be dying down soon, so will not look their best in the end.
