Something chewing my peppers?

South Wales, red pepper from seed. Growing well then noticed yesterday loads of leaves and flowers suddenly falling off. Look like they’ve been snipped off. Accessible to birds etc so wondered if being used for nesting but they’re not being taken, just left on the floor of the greenhouse.
