  @wild edges or @Alan Clark2 in Liverpool will help, although it looks like an aphid of some kind. 
  The green ones in the 2nd pic are. 

  It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

  I saw one of these too, which looked like it was going to get eaten by this orange-legged fly thing. I assumed it was an aphid.

  I agree that the first one is an aphid.
  
  gondor's insect looks like an Ichneumon wasp, either Pimpla rufipes or Apechthis compunctor.
