Prunus 'Accolade' Tree : Disease or Environmental issues?

All,
I have purchased the above tree online.
It is approximately 5m tall.
At least 99% of it's leaves has tiny holes in it.
Please see the images below.
The tree company states that it is shot hole due to environmental issues and not bacterial shot hole and this particular tree is prone to this issue.
At the same time I took delivery of 2 other trees. They are fine and are not in such a bad state. The tree is otherwise healthy...
..what is your experience of this?

So long as it is kept well watered and you rake away fallen leaves over the winter time to limit re-infection, hopefully next year, it will be fine. If the tree is congested, with no air-movement, that can also be a breeding ground for fungal leaf spot.
