Orangery soil

We are building a Plantsman’s Orangery with 10m of 0.6m x 0.6m beds. We are planning to plant Mandevilla, Bougainvillea, Hoya, Plumbago, Sarraceria, Lapageria, Strelitzia and Hymenocallis.

Any recommendations for soil type to be used?

Can't really help you other than to advise you to do your research on what conditions each of your intended plants prefer.
We just rotovated what was there as it had been unused for 6 years and was lifeless. Brought in rotted farmyard dung, 8 tonne of soil from a garden centre and 60 bags of compost. Everything is flourishing now.
