What are these white patches on my no-dig flowerbed?

My newly made no-dig flowerbed (with compost on top) overnight developed these white patches.

What are they? Are they fungus? I have other 4 flowerbeds newly made with the same brand of compost. None of them has this.

And what to do with them?

That looks like fungal mycelium in the soil/compost breaking down organic matter into a form that can be accessed by plant roots, therefore a very good thing.  Nothing for you to worry about or do.  :)
