It looks much better but I think I would have made it a little wider. It can get quite dry next to walls so don't plant too close to a wall. Hope you don't mind my saying so. Bulbs will look lovely.

You mentioned covering the area where the netting fence is. You could attach split cane fencing or something similar to what is already there, to the fence to hide the gap if you don't like it.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Oh do you think I should move them?
The ground there is never really fry, I think because it's on a slope, the raspberries are just next to these plants and they seem to do pretty well  and I know they need lots of water!
I have planted the bulbs this morning! I just put daffodils and tulips, but maybe I should have put some others too!

I'd agree with @Busy-Lizzie - it's  very narrow for some of the planting you have - the shrubs anyway. Is that a rhododendron on the right? Most of those get very big, as do most hydrangeas, so you may be compromising their growth.
Tulips like sun and drier conditions.
A climber of some kind will cover that gap  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
  • Oh no 😩 @Busy-Lizzie + @Fairygirl
So how about if I make the border 50% bigger, and find somewhere else for the rhododendron and then move the other plants along a bit? So but the hydrangea with the flowers in the corner?

That sounds much better. Sorry about the extra work but I'm sure it will be worth it.
