Sweet peas got to top of cane support

Hi

I am first timer at growing sweet peas and I think I should have used longer canes. My sweet peas have reached the top of my canes.

Just wondering what to do now? Should I cut them back because they are trying to growing taller than than the support.

Thanks
Thanks 🌻

Just how it is sometimes. Mine only get that big if they're in the ground, so the standard 6 foot canes are usually adequate if in pots. In the ground, mine scramble though other planting so it isn't a problem  :)

You can just leave them, and they'll trail downwards instead. Or, take the flowerpot off [not sure what that's for?] and they'll intertwine with each other.
It might get a bit messy, but if you keep picking them, it'll be fine  :)
