Slug ate the ends of my kiwi jenny, will it be fine or should I do something?

Hey all, dammed slug ate the end of my kiwi jenny vines, very annoying, but does anybody know if I should do something? Or will it grow back? Thanks!

    They should re-grow as they are vigorous plants.  Night time slug patrols or beer traps may be needed to stop further munching.  They do love tender new shoots.

    plant nasturtiums close-by as a "sacrifice plant"....  they love it and would eat those first :-)
