Succulent problem

I have a Crassula 'Springtime' that develops brown raised patches on the leaves.
New leaves seem unaffected at first. Is it caused by a pest or disease and if so can it be treated.my other succulents all seem OK with nothing like this.
Any ideas welcome!

The picture reminded me a little of someone else's pepper plant photo, that was diagnosed as oedema caused by over watering. Or it might be caused by sun exposure as it has been so hot and prolonged this year, with high UV levels. So if you move it away from bright sun and don't water it then it might either improve or at least not get worse... Can you tell I'm not an expert?
But I do have several healthy succulents, so not a complete novice either. One that does have some little bumps on the surface is my Lithops, which has just expanded and shed its outer carapace, but they are spread out and evenly spaced, so don't look quite like yours.

I had seen a bit about oedema.
Definitely not over-watering or feeding and it is not in direct sun though it is in a porch.
New leaves start OK but the brown bumps come as they age.
Can't see any bugs that might cause it either.
    Bit of a mystery!
I have now put t outside in the shade and given it a good dose of bug spray (just in case) and will see if there is any improvement on the new leaves.
It can't look any worse than it does now!
