  Heat ? Lack of water ? Can’t see anything crawling on it.

  Is it in a pot or in the ground? How long have you had it, and how much water has it had? What sort of soil?
  Sun/wind can fry leaves, especially if it's a young tree, and especially if it's in a pot. 
  A pic from further away would help too
