What's the problem?

One photo shows the rose 'Emily Bronte' and the other shows a leaf from that rose. I assume it shows some form of deficiency but I do not know what. It is in a raised bed filled as directed and fed with tomato food and Miracle Gro alternately about every 2 or 3 weeks when I remember. It has grown and flowered well with some green fly which I rubbed off, no pesticides used. It is watered regularly. Can anyone help please?
