Rose looks sick

Can someone please help and let me know if my rose is dying? Is a beautiful rose, big blooms and highly fragrant. I don't want to lose it.  What should I do? Unfortunately I have had an op on my hand and haven't been able to do much recently, but hope to be able to do more in a week or 2.  Thanks for all your help.

    It's got black spot. Looks awful but it will recover. Some roses are more susceptible than others.
    Keep it well watered and if you are able to, pick off the worst leaves and any on the ground and dispose of them in the dustbin. If you haven't done so already, maybe a bit of feed for encouragement wouldn't go amiss, but don't overdo it. :)

    It looks like a severe case of blackspot l think.
