Large black slow, but jumping insect on succulents
In the bedroom I have a few succulents, and this insect started to appear on them:




This is a 30x zoom, in reality those are ~2mm long, and not too wide. Moving very slowly even in danger, but do jump large distances quickly. They hide between the leaves, going to the beginning of them. Can’t see wings on them, so doubt they can fly. The first two plant they appeared died badly. An example:


This was a healthy plant until those insects appeared. And now they are just sitting on top of the soil. They became dry sponge, and just split from the root.
Since I saw them, I’m having rashes. Probably unrelated, but can be an extra clue to recognise it. Maybe it attacks humans as well.
Any help is much appreciated.
