problem with oriental poppy grown from seed

    I must admit that they don't look like poppies to me either 😊 .
    I feel like l should recognise them, but it's just not coming to me.
    Did you sow something else on the same day ?

    I don't think they look like Oriental Poppies either.

    As Oriental Poppies are perennial and take up a bit of room in early summer (they tend to die back a bit after flowering), I would be inclined to by a plant or two in a garden centre, but they have finished flowering now. There are other poppies you can grow from seed and get quicker results.

    There are no hairs on the stems so I guess these are not oriental poppies.  Not a clue what they are now.  I did sow a lot of stuff around that time but these were all labeled separately with date and name.  I could understand mixing one or two up but not all of them as I sowed the whole packet
    Think I will separate a few and also leave some in clumps, then put them outside in different places and just see what happens
