Can I grow foxglove seeds in my south facing conservatory right now?

I was to sow some foxglove seeds indoors ASAP and it says to put them in an unheated greenhouse/cold frame/warm windowsill. The only thing I have right now is my south facing conservatory, but it’s obviously boiling hot in there during this heatwave. Will I still be able to put them in there? The only other window sills I have available are also south facing and pretty small so I’m not sure the trays would fit, but they’d be even closer to the glass. I have one or two north facing window sills which I don’t think will be light enough.

Just sow them in a tray and put it somewhere outside where it won't get totally washed out if it rains heavily. Most foxgloves are totally hardy and seed themselves around every year whatever the weather, the only exceptions might be the perennial ones that are a bit different. Keep an eye on them to make sure the compost stays moist though.

I'm going to sow a row in the veg patch, and some verbascum, and honesty.  Then I'll transplant them into the borders in the autumn when I can cut some of the bushy stuff back.
